You can prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal by any of the means provided by law, and in any case it will be considered that you have legally exercised this right if you have proof of purchase.
Your right to withdraw from a purchase only applies to products that are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them. Please return each product using its original packaging. You must also include with the returned product all the boxes, the product labels, any accompanying forms and the wrappers. No changes will be made if the product has been used after opening or is damaged. Therefore, you need to take proper care of the products that are in your possession.
In case of receipt of a defective product you should contact us immediately at the email [email protected] , describing in detail the product and its defect. Alternatively you can contact us by phone at 2109243246 and we will give you instructions for further actions.
Once we receive the returned product, we will examine it in detail and inform you via e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a replacement. The replacement of the product will take place as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a replacement of the defective product.
